registered users can use the search tool
registered users can make profiles, view profiles, make comments, etc.
registered users have "cc points" which are accumulated through posting on the forums, uploading files, adding friends and other ways too.
registered users can post on the forum.
registered users might end up getting allowed into the VIP forum if they're cool enough.
